Permission

The publisher grants, to the extent of the rights it holds, a limited, non-exclusive, personal right to install and run this 3DKLYN beta for personal, non-commercial testing until the beta programme ends. The licence is free. It does not require a 3DKLYN account, activation lease, purchase or donation.

No fixed beta end date is set. This permission is a software licence, not a transfer of ownership or an open-source licence for all 3DKLYN code.

Permitted use

Personal learning, evaluating features, experimenting with your own test scenes and reporting issues are permitted. Client work, employer or studio production, commissioned work, selling outputs, business advertising and commercial portfolio production are outside this beta permission. A free job for a business is also business use. Contact the publisher about any separate commercial permission.

Publisher and third-party rights

Rights in original 3DKLYN contributions remain with their right holders. Third-party software, workflow material, names and models retain their own licences and required permissions. See Third-party notices and the accompanying licence texts.

This package does not grant ownership of third-party models. ComfyUI and model weights are obtained separately. Review their licences and access terms before downloading or using them. Some weights permit only research or evaluation, which is narrower than every possible personal activity. A 3DKLYN licence does not override those restrictions or establish that every component of a model bundle has the same licence. See the external model terms index.

Copies and restrictions

You may keep backup copies for your permitted use. Share the official download link rather than reselling or redistributing modified 3DKLYN installers. Do not remove required rights notices or present modified software as an official release. Other redistribution or sublicensing of original 3DKLYN code requires permission, except where applicable law or a third-party licence grants it.

Restrictions do not remove mandatory rights to observe, study, test, correct, back up or perform qualifying interoperability work. The conditions of applicable law and individual third-party licences still apply.

Inputs, results and feedback

Your input materials and saved outputs remain subject to their existing rights. The publisher receives no general permission to publish your private scenes, prompts, images, videos, name or logo, or to use them for AI training or promotion. Separate specific permission is needed for such uses.

When you voluntarily submit an ordinary non-confidential suggestion, you allow the publisher to consider and implement that idea without a promised payment. This does not transfer rights in code, media, confidential materials or separately licensed contributions.

Ending use

You may stop using and uninstall the beta at any time. If the publisher ends the programme or permission ends following a material breach, stop running this beta. Your source files and saved results are not transferred to the publisher. Terms concerning third-party rights, saved materials and non-waivable legal rights remain applicable.

A donation does not extend this licence, create commercial rights or purchase a future release. The terms of use describe beta limitations and mandatory rights.
