No membership requirement

This account-free release does not require a forum account or membership to download or use the personal beta or request support. It does not itself provide a hosted public posting service. These rules apply to feedback sent to the publisher and to any project discussion space that separately displays them.

Useful and respectful reports

Describe the issue, plugin and 3ds Max version, selected provider or model, steps to reproduce, and a safe error message. Treat other people respectfully. Do not send threats, harassment, spam, malware, impersonation or unlawful or infringing material.

Do not post API keys, passwords, access tokens, identity documents or private client files. Public messages may be copied by other people. Use [email protected] for a private report, with only the information needed.

Rights and moderation

You retain your rights in submitted material. Sending a private support example is not permission to publish it, promote 3DKLYN with it or train AI on it. Ordinary non-confidential suggestions are covered by the limited feedback provision in the licence.

If a public community space is offered, its access controls, privacy, deletion and moderation rules must be disclosed there. These files do not promise that hiding a post erases all copies. Moderators may address abuse proportionately, with an explanation or review route where safe and legally permissible.

Content and rights reports

Report an alleged rights violation to the publisher with the exact URL or file, the relevant content, an explanation and supporting facts, and a way to reply. State that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send confidential identity documents as an ordinary attachment. Applicable notice-and-action duties and legal remedies remain available; no platform-compliance certification is claimed.
