Free personal beta

Terms of use

Document edition 2026-10-16-public-personal-beta-v5 · Prepared 16 October 2026

Scope and agreement

Vladyslav Soloviov, an individual publishing the independent 3DKLYN project. Country of establishment: Serbia. Correspondence address: Osvity 5. Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].

These terms and the personal beta licence apply to the account-free 3DKLYN personal beta distributed with this document edition. Read them before installing or using it. If you do not agree, do not install or run this edition. No website account or online acceptance record is required.

The beta is intended for adults aged 18 or over and personal, non-commercial evaluation. The privacy notice explains data handling; reading or accepting these terms is not consent to advertising, AI training or unrelated data use.

Free testing and external costs

The beta has no plugin price, required donation, subscription or automatic switch to paid access. You arrange and pay any third-party API, remote server and computing charges yourself. Check the chosen provider's access, prices and usage limits before sending a request. A displayed estimate does not replace the provider's bill.

Your materials and output

Use only inputs and workflows you are entitled to process. Obtain any necessary permission for personal data and confidential or third-party material. Follow the terms of the selected API provider and model.

3DKLYN does not claim ownership of your prompts, source files or generated results. The ability to generate or save a result does not establish copyright, exclusivity, accuracy or freedom from infringement. Review output before use. The non-commercial beta restriction continues to apply to use of this beta, even where a model separately permits commercial use.

Use and support

Do not use the software to distribute malware, interfere with other users or services, evade provider restrictions, impersonate others or infringe rights. Any restrictions remain subject to mandatory law and the permissions of third-party licences.

For help, email [email protected]. No account or donation is needed. Support is provided where possible, without a guaranteed response or resolution time. Send only the information needed to reproduce an issue; do not include passwords or API keys.

Beta limitations and responsibility

The beta may fail, change output details or be incompatible with a particular model, driver, server or plugin. Keep backups and test copies of scenes. It is not a tool for life-safety decisions, engineering calculations or building-code verification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without voluntary warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Free access does not create a zero liability limit.

Changes and ending testing

The publisher may update features and end the personal beta programme. No fixed end date or final release is promised. Material future terms will be identified as a new edition; they do not silently rewrite earlier records. A later paid product would require a separate choice and agreement. The software does not automatically enrol you in payments.

Ending the programme does not transfer your materials to the publisher or automatically delete your saved files. A notice ending permission will explain what applies to continued beta use. You can stop using and remove the plugin at any time.

Applicable rights and disputes

Applicable law determines non-waivable rights and the competent courts. These terms impose no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign forum. Contact the publisher to raise a dispute; doing so does not waive a statutory remedy or deadline.
