Free personal beta
Privacy notice
Controller and scope
Vladyslav Soloviov, an individual publishing the independent 3DKLYN project. Country of establishment: Serbia. Correspondence address: Osvity 5. Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].
This notice covers the account-free 3DKLYN beta and the static legal files supplied with it. It does not describe a hosted account service, legacy activation service, public forum, or every page currently hosted at 3dklyn.com. The beta does not require you to register, log in or send an activation request to the publisher.
What stays on your computer
The plugin saves settings, window state, prompts, selected file paths, request history, copies of request assets and generated images or videos in its local UserData folder. History enables viewing and restoring earlier requests. Saving or exporting can create additional files in a folder you choose. Local application and ComfyUI logs may contain technical information or paths.
Use Help to locate UserData. Clearing the history list clears its index; it does not delete all output files or copied assets. Removing the plugin keeps UserData. Local files do not have an automatic expiry, so review and remove unwanted files yourself after closing tasks. Windows backups, the Recycle Bin and other copies are separate.
API keys
You choose whether to save provider credentials. Saved keys are protected with Windows DPAPI for the current Windows user; ordinary settings and request history do not intentionally store the key value. Keys are available to the application in memory and are sent to the selected provider when needed to authenticate your request. Windows protection is not a guarantee against malware or access to an already signed-in Windows session.
You can clear saved cloud keys through the plugin. No 3DKLYN server is needed to relay your provider key or generation request in this edition.
When a provider or ComfyUI receives data
At your request, a cloud provider receives the prompt, chosen images, masks, reference material, video frames, settings and authentication needed for that operation. OpenAI, Google/Gemini/Veo, Black Forest Labs, Runway and Kling are separate services with their own terms, retention, model-training policies, regions and billing. Choose the provider deliberately and review its current rules before sending private material.
ComfyUI receives the workflow and required request material at the server address you configure. A server on your PC processes that request locally; choosing a remote server sends it to that server's operator. ComfyUI, custom nodes and third-party workflows can have their own network access and storage. The publisher does not control those independent components or their deletion policies.
Downloads and local ComfyUI controls
Choosing Download retrieves pinned model files from the repository addresses listed for that model on Hugging Face. The host and its delivery infrastructure receive the network information needed for the download. Large files are stored in your chosen ComfyUI models folder. Matching verified files are reused. ComfyUI itself is obtained through its official download page.
Find ComfyUI checks local folder names and relevant running-process commands to locate an installation. The selected path is saved locally. Start and optional restart controls act on a recognised local installation; they do not send its folder contents to the publisher. Confirmed model removal moves eligible model files to the Windows Recycle Bin; shared files may be kept.
Support and optional sharing
Nothing in these terms authorises automatic upload of your scene, media, prompt history or raw logs to the publisher. Copy support info copies selected technical fields to your clipboard. Diagnostic export creates a local file; you decide whether to share it. Inspect any report before sending it, because technical metadata or included logs may still identify your setup.
If you email the publisher, the publisher receives your email address, message, necessary delivery information and anything you attach. The purpose is to answer your request, investigate the reported issue, protect the correspondence from abuse and retain necessary records of its handling. Email delivery and mailbox services process messages as part of that channel. Do not send keys, passwords, full payment credentials or unrelated personal data.
Requested assistance and proportionate security interests are the relevant purposes; applicable agreement-performance or legitimate-interest bases depend on the request. Records required by law are retained on that basis. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the matter and any associated legal obligations or dispute, then deleted or minimised. This notice promises no unverified automatic mailbox or backup deletion deadline. For delivery-provider, transfer or secure-sharing details, contact the publisher before sending sensitive material.
Optional financial support
Donate opens an external Donatello page. It does not embed a payment form in the plugin. Do not enter card credentials in 3DKLYN. Donatello and its payment providers handle the checkout under their own privacy notice. Any information you separately send the publisher about a payment is used to investigate that request and meet applicable record-keeping duties.
Your choices and rights
No publisher advertising tracker, automatic usage telemetry or publisher AI-training upload is included in this edition. The supplied static legal pages contain no scripts or remote embeds and do not create cookies or browser-storage entries. External websites, download hosts, email and AI services have separate practices.
You control your local files and provider settings. For personal data the publisher actually holds, request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable law provides those rights. Contact [email protected]; no account or donation is required. Proportionate identity checks may be needed, without requesting your API key. We will respond within applicable statutory time limits and explain any lawful limitation.
You may complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Serbian Commissioner where competent, or an EEA supervisory authority where applicable. These documents do not claim that one country's law applies to every user or certify legal compliance.
Changes
A material change to publisher data collection requires a clear new notice before it starts. This edition does not retroactively approve optional marketing, public attribution, AI training or unrelated use of previously supplied information.
