The static legal pages supplied with this account-free release contain no JavaScript, remote fonts, analytics pixels, embedded payment forms or social widgets. They do not set cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Opening the local files does not create a website account.

This statement applies to these files, not to an independent site opened from a link or an older deployment. Hosting a copy may create server or security logs; the host must describe any such processing and additional technologies in its own applicable notice.

Plugin settings are separate

The Windows plugin saves local settings, history, output and optional encrypted provider credentials. These are application files, not website cookies. Model download and discovery dialogs can remember a chosen ComfyUI path in local Windows application settings. See the privacy notice for controls and deletion limits.

Opening a provider website, Hugging Face, the ComfyUI download page or Donatello takes you to that service. Its own storage rules and choices apply. A 3DKLYN setting cannot erase third-party cookies or disable a service's independent tracking.

No optional-services consent is required to read these supplied files because they load no optional service. Adding analytics, embeds or other storage to a later web deployment requires its own current inventory and any legally required prior choice. Contact [email protected] about these documents.
