Free personal beta

The 3DKLYN personal non-commercial beta has no licence price or subscription charge. There is no plugin purchase price to refund and no automatic conversion to paid access. This does not remove any mandatory rights.

Voluntary support

Optional support is separate from the beta licence. Payment and refund requests are subject to the external service's applicable terms and mandatory law. There is no blanket rule that every payment is non-refundable. See the voluntary support terms and the service's current checkout information.

For a duplicate, mistaken or allegedly unauthorised payment, use the payment service's support and contact [email protected] with a redacted transaction reference, date, amount and recipient shown on your receipt. Do not send payment credentials. The publisher cannot promise a refund on an independent service's behalf.

AI and computing charges

API generation is billed directly by your selected provider under its own terms. Local generation may use your electricity, network and storage; a remote ComfyUI operator may charge separately. A failed or cancelled plugin task does not establish that a provider has refunded its charge. Raise billing questions with the payment recipient and keep a safe request or transaction reference.

Unexpected charges and future editions

If a payment appears to be a required 3DKLYN beta fee, contact the publisher with a redacted receipt so its source can be investigated. No account is required to raise a payment concern.

Any future paid edition requires separate seller, price, delivery, tax, cancellation and applicable-rights information and your separate agreement. Acceptance of a free beta cannot authorise a future charge.
